The Opportunity From blockbuster thrills to splash-filled adventures, help make every guest’s day one to remember As a Guest Services Host at Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet’n’Wild, you’ll bring a warm welcome and a guest-first approach to the day-to-day operation of our Guest Services Office. Delivering exceptional service to our guests and fellow team members, you’ll help keep the fun flowing and create memories that last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities Ready to turn every guest interaction into an unforgettable moment? You’ll be:

Delivering exceptional service to every guest and ensuring service standards are met or exceeded

Attending and assisting with incidents throughout the park, providing support to guests and team members while following established safety and operational procedures.

Responding to guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly to achieve positive outcomes

Following up on guest feedback and escalating unresolved concerns to the Guest Services Supervisor

Sharing relevant guest feedback with departmental stakeholders

Maintaining strong knowledge of park attractions, facilities, operations and emergency response procedures

Accurately processing point-of-sale transactions for wheelchair and stroller hire

What We’re Looking For Ready to bring your people skills to a fun, fast paced setting? You’ll bring:

A current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate is required, or willing to obtain this qualification prior to commencement

Well-developed organizational skills and strong administrative skills





A professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service as well as a positive and friendly personality

Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills

Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently

Must be available to work a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, school holidays and evening functions
