Reo Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager with end-to-end CFO-like responsibility to drive growth, profitability and strategic decision-making across our Australian operations. Reporting to the GM with a dotted line to the Group CFO, you will review P&Ls;, provide insights, and partner with managers to develop robust business plans aimed at delivering targets.

You will bring solid FP&A; or commercial/operational finance experience, exceptional communication, and a strategic mindset.
