You already know how to train. Now do it with a team that backs you.
You are an established trainer and assessor with real depth in the electrical trade. You have delivered in the room, assessed to standard and coached learners through the hard parts. What you are looking for now is a bigger platform, better resourcing and a team that treats training as a profession.

- Facilitate practical sessions built around real electrical work environments and scenarios.
- Assess theory through our online Learning Management System, provide meaningful learner feedback and monitor progress.
- Coach and mentor learners to build the technical skills, confidence and knowledge required in industry.
- Adapt delivery to different learning styles while maintaining quality, consistency and compliance.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training resources, programs and delivery methods.
- Work with our training and support teams to deliver an outstanding learner experience.

- Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
- High Voltage (HV)
- Refrigeration, Certificate II and III

The more areas you can confidently deliver, the stronger your earning potential.
About You
- You are an experienced trainer and assessor who knows the trade and knows how to teach it.
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent vocational education and training qualification.
- Demonstrated training and assessment experience, particularly in EEHA and/or HV.
- Robust practical industry experience and current technical knowledge.
- A track record of delivering to compliance standard without losing the learner in the paperwork.
- The ability and willingness to extend into additional training areas where your experience allows.
- Explicit communication and a confident presence in the room.
- Confidence using digital learning platforms,
LMS systems and standard computer applications.
- A genuine commitment to safety, quality and developing people.
