Wiltshire Council is hiring a Senior Area Surveyor to lead housing asset management across the Salisbury area. The role drives planned maintenance programmes, major repairs, damp and mould investigations and HHSRS/compliance activities to keep homes secure and sustainable.

You will oversee projects from inception to completion, manage contracts and budgets, and provide technical leadership to Area Maintenance Surveyors and Repairs Surveyors, improving asset performance and customer satisfaction.
