We're opening a brand recent Yo-Chi in Shellharbour in early 2027, and this is your chance to be part of something exciting from day one. You'll build your team, bring our culture to life and get our newest venue ready to welcome the Shellharbour community!

You'll kick things off with training at our Wollongong Yo-Chi venue, getting to know the brand, our people and all things Chi before taking the reins at Shellharbour when we open.

The Role
As our Shellharbour Venue Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our newest venue. This is more than just running a venue. You'll have the opportunity to build a team from the ground up, create an amazing culture and set the standard for what Yo-Chi looks and feels like in Shellharbour.

You'll be hands on, leading from the front and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll bring the energy, develop your people, drive commercial results and make sure every guest leaves with a little more positive energy than they arrived with.

What you'll be doing

- Lead, recruit and build an amazing team that lives and breathes our 'Share the Chi' culture.
- Create memorable guest experiences and bring our brand to life every single shift.
- Coach,



develop and inspire your team to be their best.
- Drive venue performance, sales growth and commercial targets, including labour and COGS.
- Take ownership of rostering, stock management, ordering, cash handling and venue administration.
- Keep our standards sky high across product quality, food safety, cleanliness and presentation.
- Build a positive, connected team culture where everyone feels supported and celebrated.
- Take ownership of your venue's success and make it a place the Shellharbour community loves coming back to.

What we're looking for

- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
- A passion for building, coaching and developing great teams.
- Confidence managing venue operations, including labour, COGS, stock and sales.
- A hands on approach and the ability to lead by example.
- Great communication skills and the ability to bring people together.
- A proactive mindset, a bit of initiative and a genuine desire to make things better.
- Availability across a Monday to Sunday rotating roster.
- A love for people, great experiences and, of course, frozen yogurt!
