About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to take ownership of our Supply food offer, working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:00pm.

This is more than just a customer service role. You'll be responsible for helping create an inviting food experience by preparing and presenting fresh food, serving great coffee, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring your area of the store is always looking its best.

About the role
Do you love making people’s day? SUPPLY is looking for a Team Lead at our Wentworth Falls store who brings warmth, energy and genuine enthusiasm to every customer interaction. The focus of this role is customer engagement. You’ll greet every customer, build rapport, recommend products and turn first-time visitors into regulars.



You’ll also help keep our food quality, presentation and food safety standards high. We’ll train you on the technical side. What you’ll be doing

- Proactively greeting and engaging every customer
- Building rapport and creating a welcoming, friendly experience
- Confidently recommending products, promoting specials and encouraging additional purchases
- Developing relationships with regular customers to encourage loyalty
- Preparing, cooking and assembling hot food in line with company procedures
- Maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays
- Following opening, cooking, cleaning and closing procedures
- Following food safety, hygiene and allergen management procedures
- Monitoring stock, rotating products and recording waste
- Reporting equipment faults and quality concerns to management

About You

- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for customer service
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people
- A proactive attitude and the ability to spot sales opportunities
- Reliability and organisation, with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- A willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Previous retail,



hospitality or food service experience is desirable but not essential
