Are you an experienced multi-site pharmacist leader ready to expand your impact? This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role where you'll partner with TerryWhite Chemmart Network Partners to achieve outstanding business and patient care outcomes through coaching, mentoring and inspiring multiple pharmacy teams.

As a Group Pharmacy Manager, you'll combine your passion for pharmacy, people leadership and commercial excellence to help shape the success of several TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies across the Sunshine Coast. Through coaching, collaboration and operational leadership, you'll empower teams to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences while driving sustainable business growth.

The Role:

Working closely with our Network Partners, the Group Pharmacy Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, team performance and business success across a portfolio of pharmacies.

You will act as a trusted advisor and leader, supporting store leaders through coaching, development and strategic guidance. By combining a customer-first mindset with commercial acumen, you'll identify opportunities, implement improvements and help teams achieve their full potential.

Most importantly, you won't be doing it alone. You'll join a highly experienced national team of Group Pharmacy Managers and Support Teams who share ideas, celebrate successes and support one another.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Network Partners and store leaders to develop business strategies, manage budgets, analyse performance metrics and drive sustainable growth.

- Build high-performing, engaged teams by providing regular coaching, development and leadership support

- Spend meaningful time in stores, mentoring leaders and helping teams achieve operational, skilled and commercial goals.

- Foster a positive, inclusive and accountable culture where success is celebrated, and continuous improvement is encouraged.

- Conduct regular one-on-one leadership meetings, supporting store leaders to overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.

- Support recruitment, workforce planning and retention initiatives in partnership with our People & Culture team.

- Champion TerryWhite Chemmart programs, services and brand initiatives to deliver consistent customer and business outcomes.

- Use data, insights and performance indicators to identify opportunities and implement improvements across your pharmacy portfolio.

- Develop strong relationships and provide responsive, collaborative support to pharmacy teams and Network Partners.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and unrestricted AHPRA registration. You also must have extensive leadership experience, either through a large retail pharmacy, or multi-site pharmacy leadership.
