Job Description – Experienced Automotive Mechanic

Sydney CFR Auto | Rydalmere, NSW

Sydney CFR Auto is a growing automotive repair workshop specialising in European vehicles, including Volkswagen, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz, as well as Japanese and other major vehicle brands.

We are looking for 1-2 experienced Automotive Mechanics to join our friendly and professional team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing general servicing, mechanical repairs, vehicle diagnostics and maintenance to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine vehicle servicing and scheduled maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and engine-related faults.
- Carry out vehicle inspections and identify potential safety and maintenance issues.
- Use automotive diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Perform repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, steering and other vehicle systems.
- Identify faulty components and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop workplace.

Skills and Experience





- Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Automotive Technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills.
- Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, responsible and committed to quality workmanship.
- European vehicle experience is highly regarded.
- Relevant Australian trade qualifications are preferred.
