We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to support NDIS participants in achieving their communication goals and improving everyday independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing speech, language and communication needs
- Developing and delivering individualised therapy plans
- Supporting alternative and augmentative communication where appropriate
- Working collaboratively with participants, families and support teams
- Preparing assessment reports, progress notes and recommendations
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia
- Relevant NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children checks
- Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
- Experience working with NDIS participants preferred
