RoadTek in Townsville is seeking a Construction Worker (Supervisor) to lead civil construction and maintenance works across road and transport projects. You will supervise project teams, coordinate resources, and drive safe, efficient delivery from planning through to completion.

You’ll build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders, mentor crews, keep project records, and contribute to performance monitoring and continuous improvement on site.
