We're seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join a large-scale government ICT environment, supporting critical business applications across SAP and Salesforce platforms.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced support qualified who enjoys investigating complex issues, working with stakeholders and driving effective incident resolution.

Key skills and experience:

- 5+ years' experience in ICT application support.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP or Salesforce platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, incident management and ITSM tools.
- Experience investigating, triaging and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working across business teams and external vendors.
- Experience supporting system testing, UAT and software release cycles.
- Microsoft Excel data analysis and reporting skills will be highly regarded.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Must be eligible to obtain NV1 security clearance.
