About the role

We are looking for an experienced Preschool Room Educator who can bring enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine love of early childhood education to our team.

You'll have the opportunity to:

meaningful and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Support children's development, independence and confidence through everyday interactions.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creativity to our educational program.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with families.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a beautiful learning environment.
- Support daily routines, room organisation and the smooth running of the centre.
- Be a positive role model and contribute to a supportive team culture.

We're looking for someone who is confident in their practice, takes pride in their work and enjoys sharing their knowledge with others.

What we're looking for

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
- At least 12 months of experience working in an early childhood setting.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- A good understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Warm, positive and effective communication skills.
- A genuine passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.

A little extra magic!





Experience or a background in Montessori education would be a wonderful bonus! If you're familiar with Montessori principles, prepared environments, practical life activities and supporting children's independence, we'd love to hear from you.

Montessori experience is an added advantage, not a requirement. We're always happy to welcome educators who are curious, creative and open to learning new approaches.
