Your prospect:

Develop data collection and management systems and implement appropriate intervention strategies.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, community members and Elders, contributing to local decision-making.
Engage with families through communication and home visits to encourage school attendance and identify educational, social, emotional and behavioural concerns.
Monitor student behaviour and wellbeing, coordinate interventions and contribute to a team-based approach to addressing concerns.
Lead initiatives that promote a positive and supportive school environment,



mediate between the school and community, and develop strategies to improve communication and resolve issues.
