IGA Hamilton is looking for a reliable, experienced retail team member who enjoys helping customers and leading by example. You will support the store manager and team with day-to-day shop-floor operations, helping keep the store well stocked, tidy and welcoming.

Duties

- Friendly customer service and checkout assistance
- Shelf replenishment, stock rotation and store presentation
- Supporting team members and keeping daily tasks on track
- Following cash-handling, food safety and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

- Previous retail experience, preferably supermarket or grocery
- Confidence working independently and supporting a team
- Positive communication, reliability and attention to detail
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
