About The Role

To look after our patients in our Treatment Planning and Active Maintenance Program with excellent care consistent with the values of iHeartSmiles.

You will have the ability to liaise and work closely with the Principle Dentist,



and the team ensuring support of the patients journey and encouraging a team atmosphere enabling outstanding patient care and treatment. iHeartSmiles will provide Mentorship and ongoing Training.

About You:

- Australian Citizenship
- Bachelor of Oral Health or equivalent
- Patient Management: Have exceptional skill in developing good long-term relationships with patients and professionals.
- Teamwork: Able to work within a cohesive team that works towards excellent treatment care and service for our patients.
- Dental Software: Have a strong working knowledge in the use of and administration of Dental Software.
- Systems & Documentation: Follow practice procedures in patient care and recording of data.

Desirable Credentials:

- Experience in aesthetic restorative procedures
- Experience in restoring and maintaining the dentition of children and young adults
- Experience in identifying airway and orthodontic issues
- Ability to identify complex restorative cases and communicate effectively with patients to assist them in achieving optimal treatment outcomes through collaboration with senior dentists
