Based in our Sydney office, our Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our on road Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for someone with travel, reservations or sales experience who is organised, proactive and keen to learn. If becoming a BDM is your goal, this role could be your stepping stone.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a “jump in and help” approach. If you see something that needs doing, you’re not afraid to get stuck in and make it happen.

What will you be doing?

- Provide administrative and coordination support to the one road sales team.
- Be a key point of contact for our travel agents, helping with general enquiries and support.
- Maintain travel agent and business information, ensuring records and databases are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with the coordination of sales initiatives, campaigns, incentives and promotional activities.
- Support the team with digital assets, presentations, reporting and general sales materials.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal teams to keep activities on track.
- Help coordinate resources, communications and logistics for the wider Sales Team.




- Pitch in where needed and help the team stay organised, responsive and get things done.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum 1 year experience in travel, reservations, or sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated individual driven by results with an ambition of becoming a BDM or growing their career in travel.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum P1 driver’s license preferred.
- Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent residents only.
