- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident managing daily café operations and supporting the team.
- Available to work weekends.
- Reliable, positive attitude and well-presented.
- Must be ready to start immediately.
