Redcape Hospitality is looking for an all-round Bar & Food Attendant to join The Prince Consort in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. One shift you’re behind the bar, the next you’re running food or helping with a function, wherever the night needs you. What you’ll do

- Serve beer, wine, spirits and cocktails confidently behind the bar, and keep it stocked and ready
- Run food to tables, check in on guests and keep service moving
- Support functions, from set-up to pack-down, when needed
- Move around the venue wherever the night needs you
- Assist with TAB, Keno and gaming customers, with training provided
- Apply responsible service of alcohol and gambling standards on every shift

What you’ll bring

- Bartending experience, with cocktail knowledge a plus
- Food running and floor experience, with function experience a plus




- Strong on busy nights, at home in a noisy venue and happy to be moved where you’re needed
- Transparent, confident English for customer service and RSA
- A current QLD RSA (RSG, TAB and Keno experience preferred, but we’ll train you)
- Availability on weekends, finishing as late as 4am, and over school holidays is essential
