Position Overview

Join the Flip Out Penrith team in a fast-paced, fun and customer-focused environment! We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individuals to join our team in a Team Leader position.

Applicants must:

- Be at least 17 years of age.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, with strong initiative and reliability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for our customers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Have solid communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with people of all ages.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Confidently communicate and enforce venue safety rules and procedures.
- Be willing to work across all areas of the venue.

Additional Requirements:

- Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one prior to commencing.
- Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC), if 18 or older, or be willing to obtain one prior to commencing.
- Barista experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Previous experience with opening and/or closing procedures is preferred.




- Availability to work both weekdays and weekends.

Team Leader Expectations

Team Leaders must be confident working independently and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue during their shifts. They will assist the Venue Manager with leading, supporting and motivating the team, maintaining operational standards and ensuring the venue runs smoothly.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly regarded.

Pay: From $22.56 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
