Hinoya Curry has officially arrived in Australia!

Originating from Tokyo, Japan, Hinoya Curry is an award-winning Japanese curry brand, recognised as a Kanda Curry Grand Prix Champion, with over 100 stores worldwide.

We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our first Australian store in Melbourne CBD.

What We're Looking For

- Reliable, passionate and attentive to detail.
- Able to maintain consistent food quality and high hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a busy Japanese restaurant is preferred.

Daily Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients, curry dishes and side dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- Assist with daily food preparation, basic cooking and general kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.




- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing and cleaning.
- Assist with stock preparation and storage.

Pay: $26.44 – $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
