Permanent Part-Time Cleaning Role – Night Shifts

We are currently seeking a reliable and punctual individual for a permanent part-time cleaning position, working seven nights a week. This is a daily-based job that requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors.
- Surface Cleaning: Dusting, buffing, and cleaning furniture, fixtures, and walls.
- Restroom Maintenance: Cleaning, servicing, and maintaining restrooms to a high hygiene standard.
- High-Touch Area Disinfection: Regular sanitizing of door handles, handrails, and other frequently touched surfaces.
- Waste Removal: Emptying bins and disposing of waste materials appropriately.
- Equipment Operation: Secure and effective use of cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, scrubber-dryers, and pressure washers.
- Supply Management: Monitoring and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Deep Cleaning: Tasks such as stripping and re-waxing floors and polishing surfaces.
- General Cleaning: Including cleaning under furniture and appliances, removing cobwebs, and spot-cleaning walls.
- Exterior Cleaning:



Keeping outdoor areas like sidewalks, rubbish bin zones, and parking lots clean.
- Specialized Cleaning: Focused cleaning of specific areas like lunchrooms, kitchens, and manufacturing zones.

Skills and Qualities Required

- Physical Fitness: The role involves standing, walking, lifting, and manual tasks.
- Valid police clearance certificate – A valid police clearance required
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and thoroughness is essential.
- Reliability & Adaptability: Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing schedules.
- Communication Skills: Basic communication with team members and clients.
- Teamwork: While often working alone, the role may also involve team collaboration.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Police clearence certificate
