Crane Truck Driver | HC Truck & Dog Driver

Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

The Sand Yard is a busy, family-owned landscaping and building supplies business seeking two experienced, reliable and hardworking drivers to join our growing team.

We are looking for versatile team players who take pride in their work, look after equipment and are willing to operate different trucks depending on customer orders and daily workloads.

POSITION 1 – HR CRANE TRUCK DRIVER

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Current HR license or higher.
- Proven truck-mounted crane experience and relevant qualifications.
- Delivering bulk bags and building materials throughout Sydney.
- Safely loading, unloading and securing materials.
- Willingness to operate smaller tipper trucks delivering loose materials when crane work is quiet.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and willing to assist with other duties.

POSITION 2 – HC TRUCK & DOG DRIVER

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Current HC license with proven truck and dog experience.
- Collecting materials from quarries and suppliers to replenish yard stock.
- Completing customer collections and deliveries throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.




- Willingness to operate smaller tipper trucks when required.
- Robust mechanical awareness and ability to identify and report vehicle defects.
- Takes genuine pride in maintaining, cleaning and caring for company trucks and equipment.
- Responsible driving habits with a focus on preventing unnecessary damage and wear.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or within a team.
