Vehicle & travel - Paid business driving time + $1.00/km vehicle allowance for approved work travel. Must have own vehicle.

Coffs Harbour / Toormina area base; up to approximately 155 km in a full servicing shift

At Health on Tap, we are changing the way people access health and wellness products through smart, automated retail. As we grow, we are looking for a reliable casual merchandiser to support our network.

The role

This is a hands-on, independent role for someone who enjoys being on the road, staying active and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help keep our smart fridges stocked, clean, visually sharp and operating at a high standard.

What you will do

- Pick, pack and load stock requirements for scheduled partner-site runs from the Coffs Harbour / Toormina area.
- Replenish stock, rotate products, check dates and merchandise displays to maximise visual appeal and sales.
- Maintain correct inventory levels in our apps and digital systems; complete regular stocktakes and stock counts and be accountable for accurate records.
- Use a trolley to move stock safely, complete site checks, report low-stock, equipment or service issues, and interact professionally with site managers and gym staff.
- Support stock, warehouse management and be responsble for inventory counts.



Together with other operational activities as advised by the Director.

About you

- Reliable, organised and proactive, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of a route and tasks.
- A full Australian driver licence and your own reliable vehicle capable of transporting beverages—for example, a van, station wagon, SUV or other suitable vehicle.
- Physically capable of the inherent requirements of picking, packing, lifting and loading beverage cases. A typical load may include up to six to eight slabs/crates of 24-pack drinks, plus a trolley.
- Comfortable using technology and apps to complete inventory updates, stock counts, route tasks and basic reporting.
- Merchandising, delivery driving, warehouse, retail or FMCG experience is preferred but not essential. You will be available for adaptable working days and hours and able to agree a reliable servicing rhythm.

What we offer

- $37 per hour inclusive of casual loading, plus superannuation, paid business driving time and $1.00/km for approved work travel using your own vehicle.
- Approximately 6–8 hours per week to start, with real flexibility around agreed working days and hours for the right candidate.
