The Work

Depending on the residential project, responsibilities may include:

- Overseeing residential building and renovation projects.
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project progress and timelines.
- Conducting site inspections.
- Coordinating building works and contractors.
- Reporting project updates to property owners or investors.
- Helping ensure projects are completed to the agreed scope.
