Achieve Cafe Provisions is a medium sized food distributor supplying to businesses across Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle regions.

This role is responsible for supervising night operations. It is a hands-on operational role that requires managing the nightly workflow with a team of 7 people.

The role needs high level of adaptiveness as fluctuation in volumes of work will require adjustment to workflow and prioritization of tasks to be completed.

This is a full time role. Work days are Sunday night to Thursday night, with 7.30pm start time.

Key Characteristics and Experience we are seeking from successful candidate are -

· Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff.

· Order Fulfillment: Oversee stock receiving and sorting to meet delivery targets.

· Compliance:



Ensure workplace safety and transport regulations are met, and HACCP procedures are maintained.

· Reporting: Analyze performance data to improve processes and reduce costs.

· Physically fit: it is necessary to be hands on in sorting stock

Prior experience in similar role will be highly regarded.

We are seeking candidates that are looking for a long term positions and a desire to grow with the business.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
