This is a permanent, long-term role operating on a subcontractor basis (ABN required). You will be provided with all premium equipment and products, along with a logical checklist of expectations for each home, allowing you the autonomy to complete your work thoroughly without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Systematic Cleaning: Execute thorough cleaning schedules (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising) across private residences.
- Organisation: Maintain household items, pantries, and storage areas according to an established, logical system.
- Property Care: Follow explicit instructions for handling delicate household surfaces, appliances, and personal property.
- Reliable Transit: Travel independently between private home locations throughout the scheduled workday.

- Business Basics: Must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) or willing to obtain one.
- Compliance & Checks: Must hold (or be entirely willing and able to pass) a National Police Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Transport: Must possess a valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle to travel between homes.
- Rock-Solid Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and consistently honours commitments and schedules.
- High Attention to Detail: Notices the small things others miss; values thoroughness and accuracy over rushing.

What We Offer

- Competitive Starting Rate: $38.00 per hour.
- All Supplies Provided: All premium tooling, equipment, and cleaning products are fully supplied—no out-of-pocket expenses for materials.
- Predictable, Stable Schedule: Consistent daytime hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with no weekend or evening work.
