TerraCom Limited in Queensland is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to lead CHPP and bypass operations at Blair Athol Coal Mine near Clermont. You will ensure protected, compliant shift production, manage coal quality and plant performance.

You will coach Processing Operators, coordinate with Maintenance and Mining teams, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and operational standards.
