Inner Melbourne only - you must live within about 10km of the Melbourne CBD.

Already working from home, studying, or home with kids? Earn extra income digitising families' old videos, tapes and photos on equipment we supply. Tapes run in the background while you get on with your main job or other things at home, so you need to be home for decent stretches between 9am and 6pm.

About Tapes To Digital

We help Australian families save their memories by converting VHS, audio cassettes, MiniDV, film reels and photo albums into digital files. We're growing our network of home-based technicians in inner Melbourne.

You don't need an IT background

You'll suit this role if you're the person friends call to fix their laptop, you've built a gaming PC, set up your own Wi-Fi or smart home, or you like working out why something isn't working before asking for help. People in admin, customer service, design, marketing or any other work-from-home job are very welcome.

What you'll do

- Digitise tapes, film and photos using our equipment and step-by-step processes
- Run quality checks so every file is right the first time
- Troubleshoot your own setup (drivers, display settings, software) when something doesn't work
- Reply to customer messages and handle occasional local drop-offs and pickups
- Manage your own weekly workload and deadlines
