Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Coordinator in Perth. This role is unique to our Genesis Perth location and combines client-facing responsibilities with vehicle management. The successful candidate will ensure smooth car drop-off and pick-up services for Genesis customers, including delivering loan vehicles and returning customer vehicles to the workshop. Employees will typically manage 2–4 vehicle deliveries per day and must demonstrate robust communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with technology platforms.

Responsibilities:





- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of vehicles for catering deliveries and events.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in good condition and comply with safety regulations.
- Liaise with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Monitor vehicle usage and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist in the planning of logistics for events, ensuring all transportation needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.

Qualifications:
