EF Education First is seeking a Safety & Incident Response Specialist based in Sydney to support travellers and Tour Directors. You will report to the Director of Safety & Incident Response and collaborate with teams across Tokyo, Zurich, Panama, and Boston as part of a 24/7 follow-the-sun operation.

You will manage on-tour incidents, deliver training, and ensure safety protocols are followed, applying ISO 31000 and ISO 31030 standards to daily risk management while working with global
