Exact Labour Hire is recruiting a Sous Chef for an ongoing, full time role in the Cradle Mountain region of Tasmania. The position offers a base salary of $96,000–$105,000 plus superannuation, with an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and opportunities to work at established regional and remote hospitality venues.Two contactable referees and ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends/holidays) are required, as is the willingness to live and work in regional locations.
