MineSet Recruitment is partnering with an established mining operation to recruit an Open Pit Mine Manager who will lead the site during a growth phase. The role focuses on secure, efficient and compliant operation, balancing day-to-day demands with longer-term priorities.

You will report to the COO, coordinate site activities, manage resources and foster strong stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement and workforce development.
