Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced General Manager – Home Care to lead the home care business end to end from strategy to operations. This executive role reports to the CEO/CFO, with Board exposure and a direct impact on care quality across retirement villages.

The role requires a nursing or allied health qualification with AHPRA registration, hands-on senior leadership, and experience with budgets, pricing, and governance in aged care.
