We are seeking an experienced and motivated Beef Boning Room Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will lead and support our boning room operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, workplace safety and labour efficiencies are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising and leading boning room employees.

- Monitoring production performance, yields and labour efficiency.

- Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and workplace safety.

- Driving continuous improvement and operational performance.

sound beef boning room knowledge and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced meat processing environment.
