Hope Aged Care runs family style residential aged care homes across Melbourne. We’re small enough that people know your name, and our residents and families notice when good nurses stick around.

We’re looking for experienced casual Registered Nurses to join our night shift team at our Gladstone Park, Sunshine and Brunswick homes. You can work at one site or across all three, whatever suits you.

What you’ll be doing

As the RN on nights, you’ll be the clinical lead on the floor. That means:

- Leading and supporting our care staff overnight

- Medication management and clinical assessments

- Responding to resident deterioration, falls and incidents, and escalating when needed

- Keeping transparent, accurate progress notes and handover

- Making sure residents are safe, comfortable and treated with dignity

What you’ll need





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- At least 2 years’ experience as an RN, ideally in aged care

- Confident making clinical decisions on your own overnight

- A current police check or NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Up to date vaccinations

- Full working rights in Australia
