We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our aged care team and help deliver exceptional, person-centred care in a supportive and rewarding environment.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents. You will provide clinical leadership, support care staff, and contribute to a positive culture focused on excellence and respect.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality clinical care and nursing assessments.
- Monitor residents' health and respond to changing care needs.
- Develop, maintain, and review care plans and clinical documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards.
- Lead, coach, and support care staff to achieve best-practice outcomes.
- Promote a safe and compliant working environment.
- Collaborate with residents, families, allied health professionals, and medical practitioners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality care programs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in aged care, residential care, or a similar clinical setting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team support experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of clinical documentation requirements and AN-ACC.
- A genuine passion for caring for older people and enhancing their quality of life.
