We are seeking a highly organised Inventory & Invoicing Officer to join a busy operations team. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in ensuring products are accurately tracked, deliveries are coordinated, and customers are invoiced correctly and on time.

Working closely with warehouse, transport and customer service teams, you'll be responsible for inventory administration, transport coordination, invoice processing and delivery documentation.

The Role

- Raise and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate transport and delivery schedules with carriers and customers
- Manage delivery paperwork, proof of delivery documentation and shipping records
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records within the system
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and invoice queries
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams regarding stock movements and dispatches
- Reconcile inventory transactions and support stocktake activities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed and filed appropriately




- Provide administrative support across the operations and logistics function
