An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join one of Australia's leading Tier 1 construction companies, delivering major building projects across Western Australia.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you'll take responsibility for managing key construction packages, coordinating design and procurement, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage major construction packages from procurement through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Oversee construction programming, planning and sequencing of works.
- Manage design coordination, technical queries and engineering challenges.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and commercial performance.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and programme requirements.
- Support and mentor junior Project Engineers and Site Engineers.
- Work collaboratively with the wider project team to drive successful outcomes.

About You





We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in commercial building construction and a proven ability to manage complex construction packages.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience as a Senior Project Engineer or accomplished Project Engineer with a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor.
- Demonstrated experience delivering major commercial construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge across structural, façade, services or complex building packages.
- Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, programming and design coordination.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
