About the role
North Coast training company is seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team in Ballina, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering high-quality workplace training and assessment services to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions to diverse groups of participants in various workplace settings
- Assess participant competency and progress against established learning objectives and competency standards
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and support their ongoing career development
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, assessment results and training outcomes
- Stay current with industry developments, best practice training methodologies and assessment techniques
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods
- Support the creation of training documentation, resources and learning aids
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualification in training TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current or previous experience in workplace training and assessment delivery
- Qualifications and high risk licence in Forklift, Dogging, Rigging, Crane Operations, Boom Type elevating work platform and Scaffolding
- Qualifications and licence in Confined Space, Work Safely at Heights and Elevating work platform
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
- Strong organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to professional development and continuous learning
