About My Mirror
My Mirror is an Australian online psychology provider focused on making quality psychological care accessible to people across the country.
We bring together a diverse team of psychologists who deliver evidence-based, person-centred care through telehealth. We want our psychologists to do what they do best: provide meaningful clinical support, help clients work towards their goals, and make a genuine difference in people's lives.
We value clinical autonomy, ethical practice, collaboration and ongoing development. Our aim is to provide a supportive environment where psychologists can focus on their clinical work without the added demands of running their own private practice.
Why join My Mirror?
- Flexibility that works for you: Choose full-time, part-time or casual hours, with a minimum commitment of two days per week for part-time roles. Some availability during staffed business hours is required.
- Work entirely from home: No commuting or need to rent your own consulting space.
- A varied caseload: Work with clients across Medicare,
NDIS, EAP, WorkCover/Workers Compensation, DVA, private practice and specialised programs, subject to relevant eligibility and experience.
- Choice in your clinical work: Develop your clinician profile around the client presentations and demographics you are interested in working with, within service requirements and your scope of practice.
- Less administrative burden: Our customer support team assists with referrals, billing and other administrative tasks, so you can focus on clinical care.
- Supervision and professional development: Access clinical supervision and consultation, peer and group support, and a scheduled program of CPD opportunities.
- Opportunities to contribute beyond sessions: Where aligned with your interests, contribute to clinical resources, research, quality improvement and the development of therapeutic programs.
- Dedicated time for administration: Scheduled administration time to support documentation and other responsibilities associated with your clinical work.
Employment entitlements and arrangements will depend on the type of engagement.

- Developing collaborative treatment plans and supporting clients to work towards their therapeutic goals.
- Maintaining appropriate clinical documentation and meeting professional and service requirements.
- Participating in clinical supervision, consultation and ongoing professional development.
- Contributing to clinical resources, quality assurance and program development where these activities align with your skills and interests.
There may also be opportunities to contribute to clinical consultation and support for the broader team.
