We're a boutique specialist practice with a warm, supportive team who take pride in delivering exceptional patient care while enjoying plenty of fun along the way!

About the role

You'll be the welcoming face of our practice, building relationships with patients and their families while keeping our busy front desk running smoothly.





Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, answering enquiries, coordinating patient communications and general administration.

About you

Previous reception or administration experience is essential.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is warm, confident and genuinely enjoys working with people

- Is highly organised, efficient and has excellent attention to detail

- Uses initiative, common sense and can solve problems independently

- Can confidently multitask and stay calm under pressure

- Has excellent communication and telephone skills

- Is computer-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills

- Is reliable, professional and takes pride in their work

- Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and is always willing to lend a hand

Dental or medical reception experience and familiarity with OrthoTrac are advantageous, but not essential.

If you have strong administration skills and the right attitude, we'll teach you the orthodontic side!
