About the Role
In a hands-on customer service position supporting freight clients, overseas agents and internal operations.
You will:

- Manage customer enquiries across phone and email
- Coordinate order management and bookings with agents
- Prepare freight quotations and follow up client requirements
- Maintain shipment updates and records through CargoWise
- Support client retention through proactive, reliable service

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Customer service experience within freight forwarding
- Hands-on CargoWise experience
- Import or export freight and shipping knowledge
- Strong communication skills across phone and email
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
