What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing and making pastries, cakes, desserts and other baked goods.

- Making sure everything looks and tastes great, every time.

- Following recipes while bringing care and attention to your work.

- Helping with daily pastry preparation and production.

- Keeping your section clean, organised and running smoothly.

- Managing ingredients and helping reduce food waste.

- Working closely with the kitchen team during busy service.

- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

- You have experience working in a pastry kitchen or similar role.

- You genuinely enjoy baking and creating delicious food.

- You take pride in the quality and presentation of your work.

- You’re organised, reliable and have a good eye for detail.

- You enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

- You’re a team player with a positive attitude.

- You’re always willing to learn and improve.
