The Apollo has been part of Sydney's dining scene for over a decade, known for generous Greek hospitality, great food and a dining room that's always full of energy. We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager who loves being on the floor, knows how to bring out the best in their team and genuinely enjoys looking after people.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day floor operations at one of Sydney's most loved restaurants, while being part of a growing hospitality group with plenty of opportunities ahead.

The role

As our Front of House Manager, you'll be right in the middle of the action, leading service, supporting your team and making sure every guest feels looked after.

You'll work closely with our restaurant leadership team to keep things running smoothly,



build a robust floor culture and maintain the hospitality The Apollo is known for.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience managing a busy, high-volume restaurant, ideally in a premium dining environment.
- Loves being on the floor and knows how to lead a team through a busy service.
- Is confident coaching, developing and bringing out the best in people.
- Has a genuine passion for food, wine and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Takes ownership, communicates well and knows how to have a laugh along the way.
