As the practice expands, they’re looking for a highly technical tax professional to help lead it, someone the Partners trust with complex questions and the team turns to for guidance. This is a genuine step up to Director for the right person, with the support and exposure to get there.

What you’ll work on

- A broad mix of tax compliance and advisory work across a varied client base

- Complex technical issues: researching, forming positions and writing advice

- Reviewing work and making sure technical quality is high across the team

- Tax accounting and reporting work

- Working directly with Partners on the more complex engagements

- Helping shape and grow the practice as the firm expands

- Mentoring and developing the team, including internal training

About you





- Senior Manager or Director-level experience in Australian tax

- Technically robust and confident working from primary sources

- Clear communicator who can turn complex issues into practical advice

- Enjoys mentoring and building a team

- Ambitious, and interested in a long-term future with the firm

- CA/CPA, with CTA or a Master of Taxation highly regarded
