Site Manager – Luxury Class 1 Homes Eastern Suburbs | $5M+ Projects | Up to $170K + Super
Join an Award-Winning Luxury Residential Builder We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an award-winning residential builder delivering some of Sydney’s most prestigious luxury Class 1 homes across the Eastern Suburbs.
This is an opportunity to work on high-end, architecturally designed homes valued at $5M+, alongside a highly professional team with a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship and exceptional project delivery.
The Role As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of your projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to the highest possible standard.
You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing luxury residential projects valued at $5M+
- Overseeing all site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and presentation
- Managing project programmes, sequencing and site logistics
- Ensuring WHS compliance and maintaining a safe, organised site
- Working closely with Project Managers, clients, architects and consultants
- Managing inspections, defects and project handover
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders





About You We’re looking for a proven Site Manager with a strong background in high-end residential construction.
You will ideally have:

- Proven experience managing $5M+ luxury residential projects
- Strong experience with Class 1 residential construction
- A solid understanding of high-end finishes, detailing and construction methodology
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- A genuine eye for quality and attention to detail
- The confidence to manage demanding projects and stakeholders
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and programme
- Relevant construction qualifications and/or extensive industry experience
