Our client operates a well-established dental practice in Torrensville, Adelaide, providing high-quality, patient-focused dental care in a welcoming and professional environment.
The practice features 4 treatment rooms and offers a range of general and restorative dental treatments, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Our client is now seeking an organised, personable and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dental reception or treatment coordination experience who enjoys building relationships with patients and supporting them throughout their dental journey.
About the Position This role combines front-office administration with treatment coordination, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to play an important role in the overall patient experience.
You will work closely with dentists, patients and the wider clinical team to ensure patients understand their treatment options, feel comfortable with their proposed care and receive the support they need to proceed with treatment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing front-office duties, including patient enquiries, appointment bookings and general administration
- Discussing treatment options, associated costs and available payment arrangements with patients
- Preparing and presenting treatment plans in collaboration with the treating dentists
- Ensuring all relevant consent forms are provided, completed and signed




- Following up on outstanding treatment plans and assisting patients with any questions or concerns
- Liaising with external dental specialists and coordinating referrals as required
- Building robust relationships with patients and providing a welcoming, professional experience
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice

About You

- Previous experience in dental reception, treatment coordination or a similar patient-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to discuss treatment costs and payment options
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable following up with patients and managing outstanding treatment plans
- A professional, approachable and empathetic manner
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy dental environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider team
