Qualified / Experienced Landscaper (Tier 3)

Base Rate: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Are you a skilled Landscaper who takes real pride in high-end landscape construction? We are looking for an experienced, trade-qualified Tier 3 Landscaper to join our team.

Whether you hold a Cert III in Landscape Construction or have 3+ years of proven hands-on industry experience, this role offers steady work, top-tier projects, a supportive crew, and clear ownership on site.

In this role, you will lead by example on-site, delivering high-quality landscape work efficiently and assisting site leaders with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Trade Excellence: Complete all landscape and construction tasks to a high standard, taking direct ownership of scope items and quality control to minimise rework.

-Plans & Set-Outs: Read and accurately interpret landscape plans, setting out jobs with exact levels and layout.

-Site Leadership Support: Support the Leading Hand / Site Supervisor with daily operations, taking site charge when needed and providing updates via Slack.

-Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, orderly, and professional worksite at all times.

-Mentorship: Help guide and mentor apprentices on-site, sharing your trade knowledge.

What We Are Looking For





Qualifications/Experience: Cert III in Landscape Construction OR a minimum of 3–5 years of solid industry experience.

Work Ethic: High self-motivation, consistent productivity, and the ability to work seamlessly both independently and in a team environment.

Problem Solving & Initiative: Strong problem-solving skills, taking pride in minimal rework and high-grade finishing details.

Communication: Clear communicator who can effectively relay updates on-site and through team messaging (Slack).

Transport: Valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transportation.
