An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded national law firm in Sydney.

Working closely with a Partner, you will provide support across a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, including property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and ongoing portfolio management. You will also gain exposure to a variety of clients and matters, ranging from large-scale commercial property interests to private client portfolios.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career Paralegal looking to further develop their technical expertise within a supportive and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial property contracts.
- Assisting with commercial and retail leasing documentation.
- Coordinating settlements, PEXA workspaces and property registrations.
- Assisting with property acquisitions, disposals and development matters.
- Liaising with clients, agents and external stakeholders.
- Preparing correspondence, managing files and attending to post-completion requirements.
- Providing end-to-end support to the Partner across a diverse range of property matters.





What You'll Bring

- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Property Paralegal within a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and leasing.
- Experience with PEXA, settlements and property registrations.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career as a Paralegal.
