Partnering closely with leaders across operational, technical, trade and corporate functions, you’ll deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, build talent pipelines, and help strengthen IOR’s reputation as an employer of choice. About the role

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services across the business, partnering with leaders to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent. You’ll manage recruitment campaigns, provide market insights, build talent pipelines, while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, trade, professional and corporate positions.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment advice, and support workforce planning discussions.
- Proactively source talent through advertising, networking, referrals,



market mapping and talent pooling activities.
- Maintain recruitment reporting, applicant tracking systems, onboarding coordination.

What you’ll bring

You’re a relationship-focused recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to find great talent. You bring strong sourcing capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across a variety of role types.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders across the business.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates across multiple disciplines and locations using diverse recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR within a fast-paced environment. Blue-collar recruitment experience will be highly regarded.
